Warranty Form

Upon original purchase of your Tokina Cinema Product, we ask that you retain your purchase receipt and complete the online Tokina Cinema Warranty product registration form within 30 days. Registering your new Tokina Cinema products is quick and simple and creates a record that can be used as proof of your purchase or if your product is lost or stolen. Your Warranty will commence from date of purchase.

Tokina Cinema products are distributed by Cintek Ltd whom handles UK  warranty for Tokina Cinema products. The Tokina Warranty applies only to Tokina Cinema lenses purchased from an authorized Tokina Cinema reseller, and it shall remain in force only as long as the original owner retains ownership of the Tokina Cinema product. This warranty is not transferable. Please contact Cintek Ltd to verify if your reseller is authorized.

Tokina Cinema Limited Warranty guarantees all Tokina Cinema products, intended for use by professionals, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year after date of purchase. Cintek Ltd reserves the right, before having any obligation under this warranty, to inspect the damaged Tokina Cinema product, and all costs of shipping the Tokina Cinema product to one of our authorized Service Centre for inspection are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

 

In order to recover under this warranty, Purchaser must present acceptable proof of original ownership (such as original receipt, on-line registration, or other documentation Cintek Ltd deems acceptable for the product. Tokina Cinema, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Please retain the dated sales receipt with lens serial number as evidence of the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by Cintek in the UK. This warranty does not affect any other legal rights you may have by operation of law.
